Anthem Park is a CDD (Community Development District) specifically created in order to have a community that will not be overburdening to other governments and taxpaying residents. The CDD is governed by a Board of Supervisors who get elected and voted in by landowners and the people. The community of Anthem Park itself was first founded back in 2006 and offers many amenities one such being Tennis Courts.
